The Task

Digital transformation is reshaping industries today, and Porsche was also faced with the challenge of strengthening its position as an innovation leader and establishing itself as an attractive employer in the technology sector.

We translated their 3 employer branding dimensions (people, performance culture, luxury) into a campaign: 
Focusing on creating an emotional and authentic connection with the audience. With real personalities, exciting stories and content created by employees (Yee-Ying, Rahima & Stefan), we showed the human side of Porsche's technological development (People). We emphasised the company's pioneering spirit and its influence on shaping the future of digital innovation through headlines (Performance Culture). A bold and elegant visual identity reinforced Porsche's unique positioning and created a memorable and impactful presence (Luxury). 

My Role

On this project I was the right hand woman to our Creative Director and later our Senior Art Director, not only implementing our ideas but working closely on creating the general concept, look and feel, preparing the shooting and executing the final digital Assets.
